The Mansel Thomas Trust was established in 1987 and
was granted charitable status in August 1988. Its main objectives include the
collecting and collating of all the composer's manuscripts and the copying and
publication of most of those which are unpublished. In this way it is hoped that
musicians everywhere will perform, hear, study and enjoy the immense output of
this gifted and versatile composer. A series of catalogues, available online and
obtainable free of charge in hard copy from the Trust, lists the entire range of
his available music. Retail copies and inspection copies of Trust publications
are printed and distributed for the Trust by Banks Music Publications
